Title: immobilizer error code 147 2002 TSPK
Post by: Alfaglo on October 14, 2017, 10:47:58 AM
Hi all in SA

in desperate need of a qualified service crew for the immobilizer issue, commercial or home hobbyist

drove to friends for coffee only to come out 30mins later to find the battery completely dead, in fact it couldn't take charge, dropped cell or cheap battery,,, 15mths old

anyway new battery is easily purchased however the immobilizer code & VCD error (suspect brake sensors) will not allow me to start the car, there is an emergency start up procedure but can not activate that either, other forums have suggested many things and tried all of them except for dismantling the immobilizer from the car, may try it today,

it seems the CPU needs to be cleared or something like that so if anyone has had a similar experience & quickly resolved it, i'd appreciate the help of who & how,,,,,,,,

regards Alfaglo

Hopefully you can find someone with good diagnostic gear; I'm assuming the car cranks readily now but will not produce a spark.

You've not dismantled or dropped the remote/key today?

Veloce Motorsport in Hindmarsh has helped me with a problem like this.

Any update on how this was resolved? (I'm assuming it's sorted by now.)
