Title: Fuel leaking from carbs

Hi everybody,I have fuel sitting in the bottom of the air filter housing
How can i fix this? where's it leaking from?

Maybe guessing it could be your carby float levels.  Check them by taking the top off the carbys and check that the valve is shutting off fuel by blowing down the fuel inlet pipe while gently holding the valve in the shut position, and also check the float to carby top measurement is correct.

1. Check choke lever on each carb is shut properly.If in doubt undo cable lock nut on choke cable to front carb .Then shut each choke to front and back carb by hand.
2. Check each carby float height min + max as per manual. Adjust to suit.(drill bits are the easiest way to measure correct open and close dimensions) note if tab severely worn the ball can be measured as shut but seats on indented tab ,so it remains open!
3. If above does not work then needle valve worn on one or both carbs. Replace both.

Also check that your fuel pressure regulator is still working.

I had mine removed for a little while, the car would flood at idle and fuel would leak out the carbs.
