Fantastic, full field for the Broadford Sprint event, so early in the year, 27 enthusiastic Alfisti's in Alfa's competing.  It is a fabulous and technical track, with great viewing areas.  The kiosk has good E&B rolls and coffee for breakfast, their lunch selection is pretty good too, one of the better motorsport kiosk around.  The officials certainly look forward to the lunches.

Anyway, come on up to Broadford to watch some sprints and catch up with members.

If you want to help out, please do so, come and see me and any of the race control crew, if you are there for the day officiating, we will look after you with lunch.

See you on the track.

Great news to hear we have a full field for the first competition event in 2017. Weather forecast looks perfect - low < mid 20's.

Looking forward to a great day!

Weather forecast still perfect - fine and sunny, low to mid 20's.  ideal sprinting and spectating weather.
Those contemplating running next months training day should drop in to Broadford this Sunday and witness the sort of performance Alfas are renowned for.  Broadford is less than an hour from Melbourne - well worth the short drive!

What a great and successful event.  Around 80 competitors with probably around 20 of them Alfas.  The Mazda drivers seemed to have their act together, however the same can't  be said about some drivers of another Japanese manufacturer name also starting with M but finishing with a different vowel!
These drivers may benefit from attending our driver training day methinks!!!
