Title: Multiecuscan wifi OBD11 adaptor
Post by: oz3litre on January 19, 2020, 11:05:45 AM
Hi guys. I have downloaded the Multiecuscan, (free version), software onto my iPad and it runs fine. I now need a wifi OBD11 adaptor to plug into my GT 3.2 V6 that works. Apparently some of the eBay ones are dodgy. Can anyone post a link to one that they know works reliably?
Cheers, Rhys

OK, another question that someone might be able to answer for me. If a wifi dongle is listed as supporting Fiat vehicles, does that mean it will also support Alfa? As you can see, this one has Fiat on its list. I have contacted the seller and asked, but they say Alfa Romeo is not supported. However, I'm not sure they really know and suspect they might just be reading the list.

I'm pleased to say that this one works perfectly with the $15 recommended software. I haven't been able to get it to work with Multiecuscan free version so far, but that doesn't matter because the recommended app does everything you need and a lot more. It connected to my iPad instantly and the app told me there is a problem with my cam position sensor. I was able to clear the codes no problem. Alfa Romeo is not on the drop down list, but it enables you to put all the details in for your car and it remembers them.
