We will drive through the Peninsula and Red Hill area (will highlight this on a map to show you the course). First pit stop will be at Cape Schanck Lighthouse, a coffee break and a chance to stretch the legs and have a chat and take in the beautiful view .

Lunch will be at Pier 10 Winery & Restaurant at Red Hill where a set menu will be served at 1.00pm. There is a long stretch of car park space allocated for us to park and display cars and take a nice photo as well.

After lunch, you may also take part in the return drive and we go via Red Hill and Arthurs Seat for a nice scenic descent and drive home.

Set Menu $39.50 per person (starter, main course and coffee).

Least with the Sprint, there will be a range of 900 Series vehicles (well a few anyway) so anyone else with a 33 or sprint, get it out of the garage and take it for a run.

Alternatively if you know of someone with a 33, let them know about the EMR.

Cheers

Looks like we'll be there.  Won't be bringing the Sud though sorry - it has no backseat.  We also won't be stopping for lunch.

cheers,
Evan.

I'm disapointed that I couldn't make this EMR as it on my side of town. :-\
I noticed on my bike ride this morning that Beach Road was closed!
I hope this didn't throw too big a spanner into gathering everyone.
Road closures are pretty common this time of year and can be pretty annoying.
What was Pier 10 Winery Restaurant like?
Hope to make the next EMR.

Ella and her uncle had a great day apart from a bike ride that was taking place, which was a bummer, but we assembled round the corner and took it from there, the roads we drove on were designed for good handling cars such as those fabulous 900 series front wheel drives boxers that showed the way!, it was particulary good the way we stopped every now and then so we could all catch up eliminating the need to run red lights and risk sending any folding stuff to the money camera's, the weather was perfect and the place we stopped for lunch was perfect as the 33 navigator was "STARVING", thank you very much to Martin and Vicky for organizing such a brilliant day, well done, Colin.

Yep, good summary Colin.  Thank you Martin and Vicki.

Glad to see you had a scenic 900 Series photo opportunity of the 33's at the Pier 10 winery.  Not fogetting everyone else with camera and car.

A BIG thank you for every Alfista that participated on the EMR. It was my first and definitely not my last EMR.  I must say Boneo Rd. is a VERY nice road to "stretch the legs" on the cars :-).

I hope that every one really enjoyed them selves and most of all their Alfas !

See you round ,

Martin & Vicki
