One thing I reckon the jalopnik article gets wrong - its not the gold Camries that you most have to watch out for. Its those watery metallic blue ones - I've been done by them twice. Mind you, that's like choosing who's the worst of Saddam's boys...

Actually I'm glad I sell new Toyotas for a living, Camry drivers aside. You wouldn't make much money selling new Alfa Romeos, not enough volume. ;)
