Hi,

I live in Brisbane and have a 1976 ALfasud L (4 door, 1198cc motor).  I'm trying to source new Alfa Romeo badges for boot and grill.  They have a laurel wreath around and just  'Alfa Romeo' - NO Milano.

Does anyone know where or if these can be found please?  I've tried Googling and ebay so far.  I can find the ones with Milano, but Suds don't have this as they were made in 'il sud'.

Thanks for your ideas.

grazie mille
Lee

Shouldn't be hard to come by - try Milano Spares in Melbourne (http://milano.com.au/), or the Spare Place in SA (http://www.thespareplace.com.au/index.htm).

If they can't help you - can be sourced overseas e.g. http://www.ebspares.co.uk/alfa_75/55mm_non_milano_badge/info.cfm

And welcome to our forum.  Those early Sud's are magic little cars, truly a whole greater than the sum of parts.  It sounds like you have the passion as well which is great!

Thank you for the welcome and also the information.  I have emailed the Spare Place as I have dealt with them for parts before.
The little Sud is great fun to drive and while it is no world beater, it drives just like my  1991 33 Boxer used to but with less oomph.

It's a bit of a family heirloom, being first bought by my youngest brother late 70s, then went to Dad and now I'm driving it.  Dad still  has the red 2 door Ti to play with so I don't feel mean using the green baby brother.

cheers
