I notes that went I put my foot under slow the a/fuel gauge move into the rich ,
then goes to lean .Is this normal running?

That does sound strange.

KSiviour, any relation to the farmer Sivious from Cowell up near where I am, Whyalla?

With only being able to compare the AFR gauge to the engine sound in that vid, it looks like pretty normal AE/DE behaviour to me.
While the accellerator is being depressed, extra fuel is added (this is AE, or accelleration enrichment mode) but if you hold the pedal in one spot, AE mode is cancelled so the extra enrichment is stopped - which results in a leaner AFR.
When you lift off the pedal, fuel is cut/reduced (this is DE, or decelleration enleanment mode) in anticipation of a lot less air entering the engine.
