Is anybody running the new (latest) Michelin Pilot Sport 5 (PS5) on their car.  I've been through several sets of PS4** which I really like, wondering if the PS5 is as good (better perhaps) given the PS4 is no longer available (generally) or if I should jump ship to a WinRun or something cheaper.

Any commentary welcome (is there anybody here anymore?)

WinRun awesome brand name. Why not make it better and call them Happy Round Things perhaps Rim Air Riders, Rim Jackets, no I am going to settle for BMD's (Black Mag Donuts).
The public reviews are about as constant as the Melbourne weather. Arthur is Martha, Martha was Arthur but recently both Arthur and Martha have had a blow out and you would have to tread very carefully when doing your paper round near their territory..

For those playing at home... I went with a set of 4x Michelin Pilot Sport 5. They have a dealydeal thing on (until eoMay) and it ended up costing just under $260./cnr [225x40r18] fitted etc.  Was tempted by cheapest brand new factory Chinese thing ($86./) just to see, but meh/lazy.

Anywhoo... The new PS5 feel smoother and quieter, but then I ran the last set of PS4's right down to the ground... so not a real baseline.

(I need to change the oil, give it a wash)
