WTB Alfa 75 steering rack rubber mount

Looking to buy a new steering rack rubber mount bush, Ive done the call around with suppliers and looks like nobody has them new anymore. Has anybody tried an alternative modifying the old rubber? I am potentially looking at adding the gap from the old rubber with something...., any advice appreciated? Thanks
