AROCA’s Cuore Sportivo & the Alpine Alfisti’s Forays in the Snowys are being combined again to provide an Alfisti Autumn Tour from Melbourne to Canberra.
Overnight stops will be in Wangaratta, Omeo, Albury & Tumut
The proposed Tour itinerary is as follows:
Day 1 (27th): Lilydale, Alexandra, Mansfield, Whitfield (lunch), Wangaratta;
Day 2 (28th): Wangaratta, Bright (lunch), Hotham Heights, Omeo;
Day 3 (29th): Omeo, Anglers Rest, Mitta Mitta (lunch stop), Granya, Bellbridge, Albury;
Day 4 (30th): Albury, Jingellic, Tumbarumba (lunch), Batlow, Tumut;
Day 5 (31st): Tumut, Kiandra, Adaminaby, Cooma (lunch) via Snowy Mountains Hwy, Canberra;
Day 6 (April 1st): Giro de quattro picchi! An EMR visiting Canberra’s scenic peaks.
The Tour arrives in Canberra on Friday, but on Saturday you have the option to join a local Tour, visiting Canberra’s high points!
Auto Italia is again being held in the picturesque Queanbeyan Park on Sunday 2nd April.
Queanbeyan Park is a mere 15km from Canberra’s CBD.

Monday 27th March – Thursday 30th March 2023
Starting in Healesville on Monday 27th of March the event will travel north to Mt Hotham linking the north of the State before returning to finish at the Australian Grand Prix on Thursday 30th of March, 2023.
So the fun begins as Targa Florio Australia heads to Victoria’s Alpine region for the first time!
Targa Florio Australia 2022 delivered one of the best driving weeks in the Australian Motorsport Calendar. In 2023 we travel north into the mountains on our way back to the great F1 Australian Grand Prix 2023.

Our Car Club has been invited to participate in The F1 Melbourne Grand Prix with our car Club Display at the new LIVE FAST Motor Fest.
The Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix has welcomed car club displays from around Victoria for many years. The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) would like to present a new offering to Victorian car clubs that will provide more value and tell the story of grassroots and community motorsport on the world stage.
AGPC is delighted to introduce the LIVE FAST Motor Fest. This new offering will give Motorsport Australia affiliated car clubs the opportunity to display their cars at the event and provide a catered networking BBQ lunch for all car club members and their guest.

AUTO ITALIA 2023
Queanbeyan Park
Auto Italia is an annual showcase of Italian automotive design. Hundreds of exceptional cars, motorbikes and scooters gather each year nationwide, in celebration of Italian motoring history and the ongoing, cultural influence it has on the international landscape. ALFESTA
Alfesta, which was first held in the 1970s, is the annual gathering of Alfisti from around Australia. Usually held at Easter, the event is held in a different state each year with participants gathering for four days of fun and social events which can range from games for the young and old, to tours of local attractions, an observation run, a show ‘n’ shine and finishing with a formal dinner at which the various Alfesta event trophies are handed out. Many club members have been regulars at Alfesta for many years and they look forward to catching up with old friends and renewing longstanding friendships.

A Sunday Grand Tour to Bonnie Doon
Starting From Yarra Valley Grand Hotel – Bell Steet service Road at 8.30 am for 9.00 am departure
Clubs will be a Drive for Club members, friends and other Alfisti. Model Driving On Winding Scenic Roads. We are heading through the Yarra Valley Wine Region to King Lake, Flower Dale and Yea for a 45minute coffee stop. We will then continue on the Goulburn Valley Highway to Bonnie Doon.
At The Bonnie Doon Hotel, we will have a traditional pub lunch. On arrival, we will be allowed to enter our Alfa Romeo at the rear of the hotel. This will enable us to have a photo with the lake in the background – conditional on the ground being dry. We have a special approval from hotel management.

The Alfa Romeo Club has been invited to participate once again in the Maling Road Auto Classico in Canterbury with a display of 12 selected cars. Display Parking will be arranged so that club member’s cars can be displayed together as a group.
The Mailing Road Auto Classico has been a highly successful event in previous years, drawing large crowds to the display in the shopping strip and the entertainment again this year will see another great display that will include some really rare and unique vehicles from a number of different marques.
In addition to the car display and the entertainment, the Maling Road Traders will be providing a number of awards and special offers on the day.
The organisers of the Maling Road Auto Classico are really looking forward to the inclusion of a number of special Alfa Romeo vehicles in the event again this year’s to contribute to making this annual event even bigger and better.
Cars to be in position from: 8.30am . The display will conclude at 3pm.
