We are again holding this popular morning drive. Club members meet up at Tooradin and then on to South Gippsland to the east coast. Start Time: 8.30 am for 9.00 am departure.
Where from: Pelican Café, 85 South Gippsland Hwy, Tooradin.
A technical visit for current model Mito and Giulietta (940 Series) will be held at Alfa Donnini Repairs.
The host will be Alex Donnini with are passion for Alfa Romeo and over 35 year’s experience specialising in Alfa Romeos. He is well known to many club members.
Following on from the visit held last year, the focus of the visit will be on all 1.75lt and 1.4lt Giulietta vehicles but also cover Mito and all Giulietta models. This workshop visit is a must for any current or prospective buyer of one of these models.
Club nights are held on the second Wednesday of each month (with the exception of January) at Bells Hotel located at 157 Moray St, South Melbourne and starting at 8pm with procedures relatively informal, usually consisting of reports from committee members, updates, news, buy/swap/sell and quite often feature a guest speaker.

Sunday Morning Drive to Yarra Ranges
Our 939 Register Captain Clyde Hay (that’s 159, Brera and Brera Spider) will be holding one of our popular Sunday Morning Runs followed by lunch. All club members and Alfisti welcome. We will be driving on Alfa friendly roads.
Time: 8.30 am for 9.00 am departure.

The annual Italian Auto Icons car and bike display will be held in Lygon Street on Sunday 3rd March.This is supported by Zagame Automotive, Fiat Chrysler Automotive and the six Melbourne based Italian car clubs to support the event with a range of current, classic and historic models.
There will be a display of up to 70 cars from the Zagame, FCA and Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Ferrari, Maserati Lancia and Lamborghini car clubs.
Lygon Street will be closed off between Faraday and Elgin Streets for the display. Public viewing is from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm and is free to the public with 3000 visitors, car enthusiast and their families.
The Club has one again been invited to participate in the in the 2018 Club display and ‘Shannon’s Walk’. Positioning inside this area will be a matter of first come best dressed.
This is really a great day out and new members are encouraged to attend.

Due to popular demand we will be again holding another register workshop for members who are interested in purchasing or who own a modern or new vehicles including the popular 105 Giulia and all other 105 Models (including GT, GTV, Montreal, Duetto Spider).

John Hanslow, Register Coordinator is holding another popular Sunday drive to the Yarra Ranges. This will be a relaxing drive over a variety of road conditions. All members and visitors most welcome.

This will be a rewarding drive through Yarra near Flowerdale and Glenburn. The drive will end up close to Melbourne at the Chirnside Park Country Club.

The ‘Goldfields Alfa Group’, in association with AROCA (Vic), present the 2018 ‘Grampians Gallivant’.
This year’s Weekend Alfa Tour of the picturesque Halls Gap and Grampians region will be held from Friday 9th of November to Sunday 11th of November. The plan is to stay in Halls Gap for either two or three nights, and to have our day Alfa drives leave from this central starting point.
This Tour is strictly limited to 20 Alfas only. Following the success of our inaugural event last year, there has already been a great deal of enthusiastic response with now only 4 spots left before it is fully subscribed. I will, however once it is filled, place any extra enquires on a ‘waiting list’ in case someone pulls out at a later date.

We are again holding this popular morning drive. Club members meet up at Tooradin and then on to South Gippsland to the east coast.

The Club will be participating in the above display to be held at Yarra Glen Racecourse. This is a great opportunity for members to hold our own Club Display and be judged against other Clubs located in the field.
We have secured a display area and now seek Club members to participate in this event. This is a centrally located event suitable for all members interested in a social or display event. Regional members are welcome to attend. All members and families are encouraged to support the Club.

Italian Auto Icons 2018
The Alfa Romeo Owners Club has been invited to participate in the Annual Italian Auto Icons car and bike display in Lygon Street Carlton on Sunday 4th March with a display of Giulia Theme cars.
The Club is aiming to display 15 Alfa Romeo 101 and 105 Series Giulia cars to represent the marque. Contact Malcolm Muir to register your interest in displaying your car.
Up to 70 cars from Zagame, FCA, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Ferrari, Maserati, Lancia and Lamborghini car clubs will be on display.
As in previous years, Lygon Street will be closed off between Faraday and Elgin Streets and entry to the display area by the public is free.
Public viewing is from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm and an estimated 3000 car enthusiasts and their families are expected to attend.
In addition to the display of Italian Auto Icons there will also be a great range of food, face painting for kids and family attractions to make this a great day.

Phillip Island Classic – Club Display
Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th March
The Club has once again been invited to participate in the in the Club Display and ‘Shannon’s Walk’ at the 2018 Phillip Island Classic historic race meeting and current and new club are encouraged to attend.
If you enjoy motor racing of any era, this Phillip Island Classic weekend presents historic motor racing at its very best with large numbers of local, interstate and international cars and drivers competing.As in previous years, the position of the club’s display in the area will be a matter of first come best dressed (or displayed).
