Hi All,

Those of you who came to Winton on Saturday would have seen me playing with a weird camera thing.

It is, in fact, a Dynamic Perceptions stage zero dolly.  What does it do?  It facilitates taking timelapse photos/video of anything, but it moves the camera between shots to create a moving perspective.  The effects can be quite striking when used by someone who knows what they're doing.  I got it last Thursday, so still very much in the learning mode.

Anyway, here's the result from the morning session, about 2.5 to 3 hours compressed into this video, the camera moves 1 mm between shots up an incline.  There was 5 seconds between shots.  Watch out for the sparrows towards the end of the video.

Cheers
Stuart
