Really interesting insight into how the cars are packaged - much tighter than I'd realised. Not sure I'd want to drive with my feet that high, either!

Very interesting, thanks for posting.  It still amazes me that they can drive the fastest cars in the world in that position for 90 minutes.

Well that is bold. Extreme, the lengths people will go to in the pursuit of speed. Looks like the next step for me is to cut my Sprint down the middle!  :D
I like the seating position...when I'm at home ON THE COUCH having a beer with my feet up like that, not fricken doin 300k's around corners.
It almost sounds and looks like they designed the optimum car, then they looked at each other and said "Crikey, we forgot about the driver!, lets cut it in half and see where we can squeeze him in" LOL
