Hi Everyone,

Just wondering, will the 105 1750 seats fit in a 76 alfetta?

I know I can just create some rails for the fronts, but will the rears work?

Thanks

I'd probably not try. Sell the 105 seats ( getting  hard to get) . Buy some alfetta seats ( easy to get) http://www.alfaclubvic.org.au/forum/index.php?topic=8400.0   and put the saving in the bank.

Hey Paul,

Yeah I saw that listed, however, I have found black vinyl 105 seats at a good price and was hoping the rears would fit.

Has anyone attempted this before and been successful?

The rear seat moulding in the Alfetta would be significantly different to the rear of a 105 i would have thought. I have a 105GTV & 116 GTV unfortunately they are very seldom at the same situation at the same time  otherwise i would check.

Joe - you could probably get the fronts in without much trouble but I doubt the backs will fit at all.  As Paul says the mouldings are quite different, plus the mounting systems are also different.  You really are better of sourcing a set of Alfetta ones which will be easy to come by; just because someone offered you a set of 105 ones at a good price doesnt mean you should take them!
