My partner and I have had a long involvement with Italian cars. Fiats, Lancias and Alfas. We were members of the club years ago when we had a 164 and enjoyed ourselves. Busy life took over and we had a couple of other Alfas, a 147 and a GT as daily drivers but didn't get out with other Alfas.

Last Christmas my partner bought a Giulia Veloce and she fell in love with Alfas all over again and we joined the club. Our first trip to Bathurst was a blast.

There is however one catch she won't let me drive her Giulia.

Problem solved I now have a 2012 QV MiTo with 60K on the clock. I can have fun too.

That's us.

One thing that is eluding me. I have this little TomTom sticking up out of the dash and its actually better than it looks. I want to update the maps but cannot find a way to do it without buying a cable. Does anyone by any chance know how to do it without a cable or alternatively somewhere I can buy a cable at a reasonable price.(I only need it for updates apparently)

Looking forward to meeting more club members on trips.

Cheers David & Liz
