As an Alfa owner we're aware our cars may experience issues with the complex electrical systems in our vehicles.

Well all was good until last Saturday when the center digital display panel stopped working and I was presented with a blank screen. Couldn't find anything on the Australian website, however there are a few posts on the overseas websites.

Apparently there is a soft ware issue and there is an upgrade to address this problem, however most reports stated the screen comes back to life after two days or more, well true to their word on Monday night, bingo a full functioning display screen.

The car is due for a service and I had previously booked it in prior to this issue, I am eager to discuss this with the service department

My reason for posting this issue is to alert other Giulia owners should you experience a blank screen, don't panic wait a couple of days before racing to the service center and remind the staff this a known issue and should be fixed free of charge.
