I am about to order a rear caliper spacer kit as well as vented rear discs for my GTV6.  Just checking here to see if anyone has locally before I order.  Rowan 0411596437

Try vin sharp (pace engineering), I brought a kit off him a while back.

I would except I gather he has retired to concentrate on his own projects!

Hi Rowan,

I just did the same from Richard Melvin. Order arrived in about a week. Alternatives I looked into were mostly out of stock e.g. Centreline, could not provide timing for new stock e.g. Victor Parts or very costly e.g. Ricambi Tuning. A big thumbs up for Richard Melvin!
Now:
2012 Giulietta QV
1982 GTV6 3L fast road build
1966 Giulia Sprint GT Veloce...the long term project
1970 1750 GTV project car for sale

Then:
2002 156 2.5V6 Manual
2012 159 2.4JTDm Sportwagon
1973 2000 GTV with a 1750 rear half...that was a shame!
Alfa 90 (only for its engine mounts)

You can have them made if you know someone with the right equipment, ie. an engineer or a metal shop.  Then just order longer bolts to suit.

This is often far cheaper than the Alfa-specific options.

The Ford Courier front disc with an adapter plate works well as a disc option.
Current Alfa:
1975 Alfetta GT 2.0 Race car
1979 Alfetta GTV (Resto)
1972 105 2000 GTV (Resto)
1987 Alfa 75 2.5

Past Alfas:
1982 Alfetta Sportiva (briefly in my possession. Restored and sold)
1989 Alfa 75 2.5
1982 Alfetta Sedan 2.0
1976 Alfetta GT

Thanks - I will just order them rather than getting made.

The kits from Alfa parts vendors also include new "O" rings, longer pad locating pins and new pressure clips.
