WANTED: Wheel centre caps for Campagnolo Campanatura 45

Hi all, I am after the centre caps for the Campagnolo 5 1/2 x 14 Campanatura 45 wheels. I need 4 of them if anybody has any for sale, that would be great. I have fully restored these wheels, so new old stock or very good condition is preferred. Many thanks in advance.
