They are MCA.
140 lb rears and 300 lb fronts, due to the 0.75 motion ratio in the front end

Yeah, I calculated the motion ratio recently while doing my own research.

So yours are 2.5 kg rear and 5.2 kg front. About the stock rate for rear and a bit harder at the front.

I'm really keen to see it all in action. Please tell when it's possible, i.e. what race you'll be running.

Are they the AHM throttle bodies and back plate for the air filter or did you do something different?

Yes the Ahm throttle bodies, which are actually built by Jenvey, the kit was commissioned by Ahm.
That makes sense Warsch, as my car is a fair bit lighter than standard, even with a 50 kg cage and sump guard. They are not inherently heavy cars, just a lot of heavy crap in them.
I have seenthe fireballs Matty, but I believe they would only be useful in very specific situations. The handhelds would be much more useful 99% of the time. It has a plumbed in system too. Jack and Dale were actually out of the car before it lit up, no system would have saved them because the roof was full of fuel and it went bang. But I don't have a turbo which helps reduce the fire risk. Not all turbocharged rally cars burn, but the vast majority that burn seem to be turbocharged ........

Does anybody know if any Aus delivered 147's or 156's came on 15 inch wheels ?
I need to use a proper rally style wheel on the front for caliper clearance ( I have Braid wheels), but the rears could be a standard Alfa 15 inch alloy from to save some $$$.
Plus the rear wheels are the ones that get gravel blasted on a rally car, and it seems a shame to do that to a flash Braid wheel. 15 x 6 inch wheels would be perfect, offset not critical, but a 6.5 inch width could work too.
If anyone knows where I should start looking, or if I shouldn't bother because no such thing exists, then I would be grateful for any advice either way.
Cheers

Hi Cowie, My 1998 build (yes) 156 TS came factory with 15" x 6.5" steelies. That were fitted with 185/65x15 tyres. The same ones that were on it on Sale Of the Century when Ben Wong won the whole prize pool in mid '99. The steelies, with factory plastic hubcaps, came with the car as the mate of Ben I bought it off had fitted Selespeed 16'S on it. Also have been gifted a whole 2000 Sele that has the alloy 15 x 6.5 'Pepperpot' rims retrofitted, with factory 205/60 x 15" tyres (prob to  keep the 17" or 18"s that were on it... ) Have all three sets. U should have no probs buying any of them as people invariably want bigger and wider rims, strangely, these days ...  Images of both 15's are attached off original factory press release photos.

nb: Any Alfa wreckers should have them. Or they turn up on ebay and Gumtree often.

Or the whole car:     https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/mount-hawthorn/cars-vans-utes/alfa-156-twin-spark/1247158138

Thank you philpot, I will ring around the wreckers, and also put something on the buy/swap/sell board. I have a few sets of 16 and 17 inch wheels that I would be happy to swap for 15's if any forum members were keen for some bigger wheels, so I'll see how I go.

Cheers

Thanks philpot, I think I have sourced some wheels in Sydney that actually come from a 164, $30 each.
They are 15 x 6, (preferable) whereas the 156 wheels I've been able to find are all 6.5".
Being in Sydney I'll be able to pick them up on the way to batemans bay rally in July, if it runs, and if QLD border restrictions have lifted to allow us to return home again.
