159 shocks

Hi All
I am looking for some advice on front shocks for my wife's 159 2.2 sedan.
Mainly looking a standered spec as it is a very well balanced car, and while I'm there will need top shock mounts and control arm bushes. Can people recommend what to stay away from and what is good value for money, I have good experiences with Bilstein B4s in another make of car, but not sure if they are ony good in the Alfa.
Any recomendaciones and places to buy would be appreciated.

I fitted Koni Yellows on my 159.  Very happy with the result.
The rebound is adjustable.

Iv used koni yallows before in a fast road use, found they were still quite a bit firmer in their softest setting them OEM, which is what I wanted for that car. In the 159 are te firmer or simlare to standered in their soft setting?
I do like the cars ride for its use and wouldn't want to form it up too much.

have you tired the club sponsors on the main page for set of replacement standard shocks?

Hi Josh,
In their "softest" setting the Koni yellow is softer (rebound) than the original.
I set the rears to 2/3 fullhard and the fronts to 3/4 fullhard on standard Ti springs

As Domenic said, a good place to source dampers is via a club sponsor.

I need replacement rear shock absorbers for the Ti suspension.  Any opinions on Koni Sport (yellows) v. Bilstein B6?
