[/size]And entries are nearing full, only a handful of places left, full by end of week.

A good problem to have, the ever so popular end of year last sprint is full.

Neil Choi

Well, can probably fit 1 or 2 in, if you ask nicely.

But for spectators, come on down, over 40 Alfa's racing.

Could even say biggest Alfa field ever for a sprint.

Parade Laps during lunch break confirmed.

We plan to do 2 - 3 laps of the Phillip Island G.P circuit behind a Pace Car.

As always, the running of Parade Laps will be at the sole discretion of the event Clerk of Course.  Inclement weather, late running, on-track incidents or other delays would likely cause Parade Laps to be cancelled.

A briefing for those wishing to carry out Parade Laps will be held at the base of the Control Tower around 11:30am.  You will likely need to be at the Phillip Island track by 11:00am to hear the announcements regarding attending drivers briefing.

Indemnity forms must be signed by ALL vehicle occupants.  At the completion of the Parade Lap Drivers Briefing, attendees will be issued with wrist bands.  These wrist bands must be worn and displayed to the Grid Marshall / Gate Marshall for admittance to the track.

Parade Lap cars will be broken into two run groups - Alfas and non-Alfas.  These two groups will be separated by around half a lap.
A Pace Car will head the Parade Lap groups.  A Sweep Car will be at the rear of each group.  No passing is allowed and a 50m gap or thereabouts must be maintained between vehicles.
At the completion of the Parade Laps, the Alfas will be assembled on the Main Straight / Start Grid area for a very short Photo Shoot.  ALL vehicle occupants must remain inside their respective cars.  Official photography has been arranged and will be conducted from the gantry above the track.

Please do no be late for this very rare opportunity.  Non-attendance to the drivers briefing or lack of an armband will prevent you from being involved.

Colin

One of our drivers misplaced his mobile phone at the Phillip Island circuit yesterday.
