Hi Alfisti, Im putting a 2lt motor in my giulia super what else needs to be changed for the conversion , and for the exhaust use the 2 Lt ones

Cheers

ItalCarGuy

change to 2L hydraulic clutch or machine the 2L flywheel to fit the original ring gear, or there are throw out bearing adapters available from the aftermarket guys. Headers are different as the motor is taller
diff ratio?

Prob other things like rejetting carbs etc if from the original engine.

Thank Yu arancio601 the diff from memory my dad put a LSSD out of a 2Lt Berlina , I have a set of webbers and deloortos to have rebuilt and jetted accordingly might still get better cams

ItalCarGuy

well you got the desirable 4.3 diff then which all the racers chase!

DADSGIULIA

cheers guys , what headers do I use

GTV-074

You can use the stock 2L headers but as always depends on what you want to do with your 2L !

Otherwise you may want to go down the performance style headers/extractors.

Also, in the 'Pic' post you asked, "are they down draft webers?"

Alfa only used side draft (on the 105's and earlier 101's) - Sud, 33 used down drafts.

Cheers,

Paul.
Speed costs money - how fast do you want to go?
