TCR regs stipulate max engine capacity of 2000cc.  Apparently the Giulietta is allowed to run a higher boost to provide the equivalent of 2000cc performance. 

I think TCR may only be for FWD cars.   

The Giulietta with the higher boost (350HP) would have a better power to weight ratio compared to the Giulia.
