GTV window regulator - same as sedan?

Are the front window regulators in a chrome bumper GTV interchangeable with either the front or rear from a 2L Alfetta sedan?
They do look awful similar in the photos I've seen.

I'll hazard a guess that they are just as much of a b...ard to change.
Now:    2002 156 GTA
            1981 GTV
Before: 1999 156 V6 Q-auto
            2001 156 V6 (sadly cremated)
