Mine certainly has the split dash, and '81 was the year the plastic bumper models were introduced.

Just did a bit of Google research and the 11637 prefix is simply the designation of RHD cars (LHD was designated 11636).

Anyway - surely there are more than 7 GTVs in the hands of club/forum members?

I know there are at least another three or four 2.0Ls in WA that are still registered, in addition to a handful of GTV6s.
Now:    2002 156 GTA
            1981 GTV
Before: 1999 156 V6 Q-auto
            2001 156 V6 (sadly cremated)

yes thats seems reasonable i was also looking at the 03 prefix after this
is this the 2nd series identifier?
also very cool about festy car and garibaldi cars .
I reackon there are more stories like this to come .

yeah, I am assuming the 301 references the second series (from '81) but i can't find anything that confirms it.
