Hi Alistair, thank you for your comments.   WOW the magazine has come a long way since Irene and I printed it on the club's Gestetner !
Hmmmm, from memory our old member numbers were 444 and 445  but then 'family' membership was introduced and Irene became 444A.

Sure has, Barry and the others involved do a great job with the magazine. Which reminds me, Nigel HA is also back and pops up on the forum. My first memory of the magazine was collation at his parents place in Kew, before Brian Horman took on production.  That would have been around 1983..

Greg,

Welcome back. Good to see some of the 'older' (with all due respect!) members who are still dedicated to the marque.

I remember you (i joined AROCA Vic around 1981 - I had a white Giulia Super then) and the other members around at the time.

The Harrison Bros., Peter Barr, the late Steve Wise, Alister, Glen Gunther, Woolnoughs' etc etc.

I remember your Giallo Piper 2L coupe well (Momo vega mags) at the various sprint days and parked outside the Carlton Social Club on club nights.

In fact recall some epic multi-starts between you and Jeff Harrison (Steve perhaps in his silver Sud'?) at Winton.

Had a quick look at some old club mags from late 82' early 83' and found these pics.

Cheers,

Paul.
