Signori e Signori, hear ye, hear ye!
AutoItalia 2018 is coming up fast on April 15. By popular demand, there will be an organised AROCA NSW Club Run to Auto Italia, on Sunday April 15.
The run will commence at the Pheasants Nest Service Centre (as per previous years), with assembly from 6.30am and group departure down the Hume Hwy at 7.00am sharp. It will be a two hour leisurely drive to Pialligo Estate, 18 Kallaroo Rd, Pialligo, ACT. This will have us comfortably on the estate and on show from 9.00am.
Seems every year we run that little bit late as we have our own informal mini AutoItalia in the Pheasant Nest car park over coffee. Hence we will endeavour to stick strictly to the 7.00am departure time so folks can show their best driving behaviour ( ::). Its all fun.
Last year we had an eclectic mix of old, modern and new Alfa's and the Ferraristi kept out of the way and the right lane clear. We expect no less this year, just a bigger Alfa presence!
Hope to see you at Pheasants Nest bright and early. Look out for Eddy's red Sud Sprint.
Cheers,
Ric and Eddy.

Hi Alfisti
For those interested in taking the leisurely drive to Canberra there will be a convoy departing Western Sydney on Saturday 14 April @12:00 HRS sharp from UNCLE LEO'S ROADHOUSE LOT 1 Campbelltown Rd, Glenfield.  It is recommended that if you plan to go down on Saturday you need to make your own hotel bookings in Canberra for the overnight stay. Several AROCA members have booked at The Diplomat Hotel in Kingston Manuka.

Folks,
A reminder that if you intend to display your Alfa as part of the AutoItalia exhibition then it is advised that your register beforehand. Here is the advice from the organisers; Please note: If you haven't pre-registered your vehicle, we can't guarantee that you will be able to display it at Auto Italia Canberra on the day. If the display allocations are full you will have to park your vehicle in the spectators area.
Last year there were some folks who chanced it to turn up on the day and with the event being being fully pre-booked they could not enter the display field.
Here is the link to AutoItalia  - www.autoitaliacanberra.com.
Cheers.
Ric.

Thanks Henry
Just registered the Alfetta GTV  "Your Order is complete and you are going". See you down there on the Sunday, as I will be travelling along with Saturdays convoy. Looking forward to the new venue at the winery and catch up with other Alfisti over a glass or two.
