I'm in the middle of a commission I can't say too much about presently - other than it is non-Alfa and involves stuffing a stupidly quick FWD package w/dash/HVAC/luxuries into a battered little European van.  It's my first "cut and shut" of a donor CAN harness, too (which I'm hoping will go to plan).

Anyhow - the relevance to this forum follows...  I was chewing out a few details with the owner yesterday and mentioned that I'd at one point had both a spare 147 TS driveline/harness and a decommissioned Berlingo van. And a tape measure. I'd not gone anywhere with the project because it looked like I'd need to create 40mm of space between the chassis rails.  My customer's eyes widened, and he started salivating. "You should just do it! Brace the rails, 20mm out of each isn't much!"

So I think I have shot myself in a foot somewhat now; no matter how good this project turns out the fellow will be wondering about how superior a Twinnie powered delivery van may have been.  :D
