Hey guys, this is my first post and topic on this forum. I was just wapindering if anyone can help me out, not to long ago i was driving my Alfa 156 2003 Jts selespeed, and while inwas driving the engine shot a rod and went on fire, made a massive hole in the engine, after that i went on to buy a new car and i was gonna wait a bit to save up some money to fix the engine. But now i've been woundering if its possibe to swape the i4 jts engine with maybe a 3.2 V6 GTA engine?

In a word NO!

Yes, it could be done, but it would be like buying an entire City just to obtain one screw from one of the buildings.

And it not just swapping out the donk, all the wiring harnesses are different, also the chassis on the GTA's have strengthening bolted into the chassis ect ect.

Now if your original motor was a 2.5 V6, that's doable.

Just my opinion for what its worth.
