Just to add, when doing the TS conversion, you will need the TS pedal box and the master cylinder.  The TS pedal box is angled so that the master cylinder angles down and will not obstruct the plenum.  So before you put the TS engine in, you should change over the pedal box first.
It is rather easy to do but just takes a bit of time.
