My 75 is 3cm lower on one rear side have replaced springs all bushes are new yet cannot eliminate has anyone had this problem?

Your torsion bars are probably set incorrectly.

After that.................... Well, nasty stuff has happened to the car at some stage.  :o

The car should be slightly higher on the drivers front to allow for the weight of the driver. Hence why the LH rear is lower.
