Roadworthy for a 164

164 engine mounts are getting fairly hard to source these days, particularly the front drivers side one that sits under the AC compressor. Worth trying Mille Miglia Motors as he often has a good range of 164 bits, although I got one from him a few years ago and paid $450 for it.  :o

An alternate option that I've seen discussions of on AlfaBB is using a Saab 9000 mount. It does need some slight modification though as the threaded shaft is too long and needs to be trimmed a bit to fit, and I believe the two mounting holes don't quite line up and require adjustment. Upside is that they are easy to come by (and cheap), downside is you need to do a little work.

You might also want to try Turin Imports (Adelaide) for any of these bits, or alternately call Milano Spares (Thomastown) or Hugh Harrison to see if anyone has some decent condition used ones from a wreck.  Good luck!
