No sensors.
Just replace the pads the normal way and adjust them the normal way.
Just don't forget to slacken or disconnect the handbrake cable from the calipers first.

All the info you need to do the job for just $19 plus $8 postage. I sense you will need the details of how to do this job.Older model but the job is the same.

The most difficult part you may find is having to do three things at once:-

Use feeler gauge to set pad gap.
Turn the allan key to do the adjustment
Maintain hold on the lock nut during the above turning.

You will need to take care when locking down the allan screw after adjustment so that it doesn't move as this will alter the feeler gauge clearance you are trying to achieve. Unlikely you will get it first time. Repeat goes at it is the norm. Take care to understand which allan bolts turn clockwise and which one turns anti-clockwise.

You may need to grind down a cheap ring spanner to gain access to the lock nut adjustment.

Once you start the job, what I am suggesting will become clearer as you go.

Couple of cautions:
See that you don't break of lose the circlip washer on the adjustmet bolt.(Easy to do)
Be sure to replace the lock pins in the pad retainer locating pins.

Don't forget to keep telling yourself: "This is fun"  :)

lombardi,

I just wanted to help you but it sounds like you are a bit overwhelmed. No, it's not an easy job for a novice but that doesn't mean it cannot be done. Give the manual a good read and take your time. You will definitely learn some important lessons about the inboard brakes along the way.Doing it correctly the first time is the hard part, once you know, it isn't so bad.

If you give it crack and fail, you can always take it to a workshop and let them do it. Got nothing to lose but your smoker's cough (as the saying goes).

Pads did come with sensors originally, they can still be purchased but may cost a bit more than pads without, illuminates a dash light to notify you that pads are running low and will need replacing soon 🍀

no - just connect the two wires together if that has not already been done on the car.
