The privateer team Scuderia Giudici will build and race a Giulietta QV in the German endurance championship VLN with 10 races at the Nordscleife. But also intend to compete in Campionato Italiano Turismo Endurance and the Divisione Super Production.

Details are still sketchy as to the driver line up, certainly Alfa legend Nicola Larini is one, others could be son of the team owner Gianni Giudici, Diego Romanini or another Alfa star Alessandro Nannini.

Here is an interview with well accomplished potential driver Diego Romanini (sub titles in English).

So far these are artist representations of how the Giulietta QV 1750 might look;

A few more pics from Nordschleife VLN;

Note the subtle change of the front scudetto to 2015 TCT QV. This is to run the sequential i.e. TCT under the rules as the build and tested Giulietta was based on the previous version with stick shift manual.

Ouch. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1MsNqe6ZBDE

Ouch indeed. At the latest VLN event at Nordschieife on last weekend at 3hr 44mins of the 6hr race, Nicola Larini had this little off that resulted in this damage (see pics).

It appears Nicola was ok but as yet no word of any health issues.
