Hi all I live in Perth aw and am thinking of selling my 2600 sprint what is a fair price for a car that is about
85 percent finished I have spent about 20.000 on it sofar I know that you don't get back what you put
in its a labor of love but do you think that the car has that kind of market
I look forward to here your thoughts on it
Thanks

Hi Andrew,

1. some pictures please,
2. What is the remaining 15% required?
3. What has been done? Body? Mechanicals?
4. Where did the car come from? Import?
5. Is it a S1 (Ruddspeed conversion to RHD) or a S2 (factory RHD)?

The answers to the above questions will be assist in determining if the car is worth $2k or $20k.

Best Regards
Phil

Thanks Phil
I'm not a Alfa nut I knew nothing about alfas at all I have learnt a little but I still only know a small
amount ,but here's what I've learnt
My car is a (1963 ) original right hand drive 2600 sprint it has 4 wheel disk brakes
All the motor has been rebuilt ( so I've was told ) I'm no mechanic
The rubber seals are all new
As far as I know the car was bought from Perth and ended up in Kalgoolie where I got it from
The parts that still have to be done are
The Doores need to be rehunge and aligned as to the bonet and boot
The electric windows need to be sorted out
The wiring in the dash needs to be sorted out
I can try some pics but I'm not computer savy but will try

The Tony Hawker car seems like a pretty good market indicator - it's a very nice car!

I've always had a soft spot for 2600 Sprints, missed out on one locally recently, would love to see more of yours Andrew.  8)
