 I was surprised at how little damage was sustained compared to the hit/s, I mean its still not good between the B pillar and  rear wheel  from the initial impact with the front wheel taking the bigger second hit. He was able to drive back to the pits.

I think what was proven , from the stewards perspective at least  was that the Mustang, car 83 was in the wrong  a penalty was applied as he was excluded from all results for the weekend ( source Natsoft)

And nobody is disputing that either Paul. I'm sure they had reasons to come to that conclusion.

Great race coverage Hung. Shame about the close call in the early stages of the race but you certainly made up some ground with some very good driving. Have been meaning to post this slightly art photo of some AROCA masterminds drooling over the Tipo 33.
