Hi Evan,at Phillip Island I found out why you didnt want to talk about humerus bones, mine was smashed in an indoor gokart accident reaulting in a plate and 13 screws from shoulder to elbow, how is yours going?

It's coming together pretty well now actually thanks for asking - will go and get checked up by the doc after christmas but expect to be able to start some weight training to get some strength back into it.  Physio as unlocked it pretty well so far so I have reasonably normal bend and extension just don't have any strength in my triceps yet.

Yours sounds a lot more dramatic than mine!  They just stuck mine back together with a plate and only 9 screws.  There's a couple of photos of the x-rays here (http://www.alfaclubvic.org.au/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,68/topic,887.0/) if you're interested.

Any long term effects for you?
