I might start getting into locating NOS parts for 2600 owners, but for now I'll stick to GT's as I'm not sure how many people are actually after 2600 bits.

They (Alfa Retro) are a very slick company and have a passion for the 2600. One of their cars is going to auction soon in the UK and it is a very excellent 2600 from all accounts.
OKP in Germany and AFRA in Italy I have bought parts for the 2600 and been very pleased with price and efficiency. At the momnent the Euro vs $ comparisson is excellent. Locally, Monza Motors are wrecking one.
