Hi all,

It seemed a little quite here lately so i thought i mention how good it was to see a couple of articles from the North East in the club magazine. well done Paul as ever for keeping everyone up to date with what the alpine chapter has been up to lately and great to see the write up on John Shearer. I also loved Ian Barker's review of his Guilietta QV, I've seen Ian's car a few times in Shepparton and its a beautiful looking machine in the white paintwork. I wouldn't know whether to go for the 1.4 or the 1750.... guess I'll stick with the 75TS for now, it's hard to beat the 500L boot when you need to fit 2 cricket bags and an esky every Saturday.

Hope you are all enjoying your Alfas & I'll see you at the next event.

FYI there's a new motor museum just opened in Shepparton, I've no idea what sort of cars it has in it , but maybe it's worth a run for the chapter if there are some Alfas.

Cheers

Darren Viney
