Title: 2012 Mallala Historics
Post by: alfagtv58 on December 08, 2011, 04:52:34 PM
Mallala Historics entry forms have just been sent out.  This event is over the Easter weekend, and if you are extra keen you can do the Collingrove hill climb on the monday afterwards.

Regularity is also on offer at a very cheap $180 (early bird).  There was quite a few SA Alfisti running in reg last year.

I just got the below note from the organisers.  Let me know if you want the details.....race or regularity.

Hi everyone,

It's time to head to Mallala again. After our biggest entry ever in 2011, we want to build on that with more incentives to enter this year. If you're a regular, you'll know we try to run the friendliest meeting on the Historic calendar.

Here's a list of some other reasons why you can't afford not to enter;
1. The entry system is slightly ad offering, we are offering  an early bird discounted entry with a full refund to everyone who enters but cant make it
2. As with last year we are offering subsidised garages to the first 30 interstate entries plus the new early-bird entry fee
3. Regularity entries are still cheap this year
5. There's loads of social stuff; class get-together on Friday, a sit down dinner at the track on Saturday evening and a free breakfast for everyone on Sunday
6. Why not stay for the Hillclimb on Monday and pick up a cheap entry for that too
7. Camping at the track on Friday and Saturday. And if you want to, we can arrange for Thursday and Sunday night too (Speak to me about that)
8. Mallala is next door to the Barossa Valley which comes in handy if your pit crew are not quite as fixated on historic motor sport as they ought to be!

If there is anything else you want that is not on this list, just give me a call or email and I'll see what I can do.

I'll see you there
