Following our previous discussions (here and in person with Club members) regarding suitable activities and register development, I am pleased to advise the Club has organised another activity at well known Alfa Romeo Workshop and restorer. Time is critical but we have managed to get a date free when we can actually see a car under currently under restoration.
Location: "Il Bolide Rosso" 610-612 High Street, Thornbury (Preston).

Times: 7.00pm start and 8.30 pm expected finish. Friday Night on 25th March
We will have a group dinner at the completion of the display - at the pizza shop next door. Pizza Farro.
http://pizzafarro.com.au/ (http://pizzafarro.com.au/)
This will be a great night as we will have a range of vehicles covering 30 years of Alfa Romeo:
- 101 Spider fully restored about 10 years ago.
- 105 Coupe under restoration now to concorso standard.
- Alfetta GTV - not restored but in great original condition.
If you are thinking of restoring ( rebuilding or repairing too) a 101, 105 or other vehicle (Alfetta & 160), you are encouraged to attend as there is a wealth of information to be gained here. Please note that Mr Massa takes a lot of pride in full restoration using original factory parts and/or to factory spec. This will be evident in the standard of Concorso vehicle that he rebuilds.
We plan to have a slide presentation going thru a full resto step by step.
Give me a call for bookings (the workshop & dinner) so we can sort out numbers. Quote name, membership number and mbl/contact deatils.
As a final note all are most welcome including new members.

Thank you Colin for organising a mind boggling extravaganza. What a collection! What wonderful people! Thank you David (Wright) for the commentary and Lou (Russo) for the explanations. It was extraordinary and very well organised. Thank you!
Best Regards
Phil
Thanks for the compliment Phil, but i only took names, the real people to thank are Tony Hawker, David Wright and John Hanslow, and wasn't it sensational, i hope we go back there again in the next few years, and everyone, make sure you go, Colin.
