Title: 159 - Air Conditioning auto on when detecting pollution feature
Post by: miavespa on August 31, 2010, 11:50:43 AM
Hi, I spoke to Alfa and they said "as soon as the vehicle detects outside pollution, the air conditioning turns on automatically and this is normal".  I was advised that there is a way of changing this mode but don't know how to do it.  It would be great to turn this feature off.  Could anyone help pls?

I had another read of my useless manual and it does advise that the AQS (Air Quality System) is the culprit and yes as your dealership advised "it is a good thing"!!  Not a major problem, just was curious why it did it.  Cheers heaps.
