Title: Bluetooth Connectivity
Post by: Droftim on January 03, 2009, 01:09:31 PM
Hi All,

We've just bought an Alfa 159 JTS 2.2 Sportwagon, and are eagerly awaiting delivery.  In the meantime I'm trying to familiarise myself with the car and its specs.  One thing I've been unable to resolve is the availability of the Bluetooth connectivity feature.  Most write-ups state that its only standard on the V6 and Ti and an option on all other models.  The specs sheet in the brochure however says it is standard on all models - "Hands-free Bluetooth phone recognition with MP3 USB Port".  Can any owners clarify this for me please?

Cheers

Probably of no help, but, I have a 2006 build 159 2.2 jts and bluetooth connectivity was not an option on the car but I understand there has been a 2008 update and yours may fit into that category.

Thanks NigelC,

You're right.  There was an 08 update and now all models come with BT standard.
