Title: Oil in turbo inlet
Post by: jezzathep on August 21, 2021, 03:01:44 PM
Afternoon,
I've noticed some oil sitting in the turbo inlet on my 1750 tbi motor.

Could this be coming from the oil separator (segregator) pipe feeding into it?

Using one of those oiled / cleanable air filters?  Oil vapour may have come from that?

More than likely, as you have already realized, the return line from the oil separator attaches to the inlet pipe before the turbo.
