Title: RS Racing Kit
Post by: bteoh on July 18, 2021, 08:56:57 PM
Having had one of the original kits when Ron Simons developed his suspension, it has finally succumbed to failure. Mind you it is probably about 16 to 17 years of street use.
The rear springs did snap earlier but recently, the front Intrax strut had snapped near the base. Will have to see what options I have now. Not sure if the kits are still available from the Netherlands? I have been running the 30mm front sway bar on my 75 TS and have been super happy with the setup.

Ouch.

They are still available.  I bought my kit only a couple months ago, though have not fitted it yet.

I bought mine through OKP, in Germany.

I did contact the company that I believe has taken over the original RS Racing outfit, but I never received a reply.  You may have better luck.

Or I guess you could contact Intrax.

I'll be interested to hear how you go about a replacement.  Hopefully Intrax can see to it promptly.

Have you heard whether other people have had the same issue? I've not read about it.
