Title: Mito QV doors?
Post by: rc211e on June 29, 2021, 02:26:59 PM
Loving my recently acquired MiTo QV but those doors are so big. Is there any stylish way to add an extra handle to help pull those big doors closed?

Have attached link to a suitable product, the only catch is is how and were to suitably mount it without some modification to the door /doorcard (unsightly if done inappropriately).

Thank you, I'll see what I can do about a subtle way to attach. The passenger handle was broken when I got the MiTo and its fixed now so I don't want a repeat

Thanks for your help bonno. In the end I concluded additional handles were going to look out of place but in the course of investigating I discovered that I could simply grip the top of the door trim with the tips of my fingers where it meets the window and pull the door shut that way.

You don't open or close them with the silver unlock handle, you just unlock the door with those. You open & close the door with the big hand hold.
