Hi I always see EOL when discussing MES calibration. What does it stand for and when is it done?

It End of Line

I always expected it referred to a calibration program that ran at the end of the assembly line to ensure the system collected all the information about the idle state of componenents and sensors and then ran through things like gear changes etc to ensure that it read the state of those sensors etc at different points.

It generally get run after a service or change to any key system.

I used to run it on my selespeed GTA to ensure the system knew the correct gear positions to ensure accurate shifting
