Try this site and navigate through to see whether updates are available for your model Alfa via entry of VIN. Please note there is a video on how to update the system.

Alfa dealership should be able to update for you , hopefully a complimentary service .

Thanks to all, the VIN search on the driveuconnect link just says " VIN ERROR" and yeah if I could actually get some sort of answer from ANYONE at AR it will be a miracle 😢
I wonder whether this latest update will actually fix the slowness of its ipod connectivity n really the system just can not handle my ipod classic with over 30k songs gets all confused n goes into meltdown

Have the same error, the site is a complete POS I don't understand why car companies can't just make things simple and easy when creating a process.
