Hi
My switch has gone again ! Only lasts half a winter. http://ricambi.alfisti.net/advanced_search_result.php?MODsid=90b70309ca15c8773de8f9b77fc8310c&keywords=seat+switch&x=0&y=0
Lists 3 types . Are they all the same ? Has anybody come up with a cheaper fix ?

What happens? Does the switch break or burn out its contacts?

Both. Four failies so far, sometimes switch won't stay down sometimes just burns out.

Would it be possible to use a 70A relay to power the heater element, and the switch only operates the relay?
